With parents on Colonsay

Warmer Weather

My parents were visiting and we decided to spend an extended weekend on the small island of Colonsay north of Jura and Islay. We arrived Saturday and had two full days to explore Colonsay. I started out with a run in the early morning Sunday to the nearby Kiloran Beach. During the afternoon we walked down to Oronsay crossing the shallow straight between the two places. Monday morning I walked up to the highest point (a massive 142m above sea level) and followed the coast around to Balnahard Bay, a remote beach on the northern tip of the Island.
